Prof.(Dr.) Nirmala KumariMeet our DirectorProf. Nirmala Kumari obtained his Ph.D and Master’s Degree in Labour and social welfare at Patna University Patna She earned her Bachelor of Arts From Patna Women’s College Patna University Patna she did B.ed From Patna University Patna and also did MBA from IGNOUPrior to accepting the position of Director, MBA Programme TMBU She served as a Professor of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at T. M Bhagalpur University Bhagalpur from 07-Nov-1996 to 27th Jan 2023 she joined as a Director of MBA programme on 27-Jan-2023 She has acquired rich industry experience. She has a more the 28 years of academic experience. She was the hostel superintendent for five years and Co-ordinate of Equal opportunity cell TMBU for about two years along with teaching experience.She authored 2 book and 4 edited books. She has credited more than 20 Article in National and International Journals like Indian Journal of Industrial Relations (SRC) Indian Journal of Labour Economics and many more. She has Presented more than 35 conference, seminar. She has also participated more 5 workshop. She has participated NAAC workshop (Women Administration in Higher Education) for 7 days at Calcutta. She also participated and presented Paper in 2nd Global Labour Conference. She has successfully guided 11 Ph.D research scholars and 6 research scholars are perusing Ph.D under her guidance.Prof Nirmala Kumari being a Army officer wife she is a life time member of Army wives welfare association she is also the life member she is also the life member IJLEC she is a active member of all academic sports and extracurricular activities . She has also active participation of University level activities.
